Put simply, as Scripture affirms, ‘the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever’ (Revelation 14:11), and Christ Himself warned of the outer darkness where there is ‘weeping and gnashing of teeth’ (Matthew 25:30). So too, every divine promise concerning eternal separation from God—and the anguish reserved for the unforgiven, alongside Satan and his angels—will become your reality if the foundational truths of salvation are missing from your life.
